2.1. The enquiry form
When you fill in the audit form you send us a name, the property’s name, an approximate room count, a phone number or email, and free text if you choose to add it.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes that far, prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For the free-text field the basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
- Retention: 12 months from the last correspondence, then deleted.
Filling in the form is voluntary. Without a way to reach you, we cannot reply.

2.3. Server logs
Our host records IP address, browser type and the page requested. These records exist for security and for detecting abuse.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
- Retention: per the host’s policy, typically up to 30 days.
2.4. Visit statistics
We use anonymous statistics that set no cookies, store no IP addresses and cannot identify you — not to us, and not across other sites. That is why this site has no consent banner.
- Purpose: to know which pages are read and where visitors come from.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, with no personal data processed.
