You get the scope, the timeline and an exact figure in writing. The price does not move along the way unless you ask for something outside that scope.
Build and photography
Photography, copy, the site and the Google profile. You see a work-in-progress version and approve it before anything goes live.
Maintenance and reporting
The site is updated and monitored, the advertising is managed, and at the start of each month you get an analysis and a report on the results.

A fast site in Bulgarian and English, with your actual rooms, current rates and photos that show the property as it is. The base everything else stands on.

Photos and video of the property
One day on site: photography, video and copy in two languages describing this property in particular. The photos stay yours at original size — and they stay yours if you ever leave.
Bookings
A form that takes bookings
The guest picks dates and a room, you confirm it is free, and they pay the property — by bank transfer, by card terminal or through a payment provider. No platform commission in between.

Replies to reviews, opt-in contact collection and an offer before the season that brings last year’s guests back directly — with no commission for anyone.
Maintenance
The site runs without you
Updates, security, backups and a single page of numbers: visits, bookings, calls. After the pay-off it is optional — €180 a year or €50 for three months.
