“Catalyst44” is the trading name under which ДОМИНО 14 ЕООД offers its services. Throughout this text “we”, “us” and “the company” mean ДОМИНО 14 ЕООД.
2. Scope
The site presents the company’s services — website build, visibility in Google, photography and copy, work with returning guests and monthly maintenance — together with public prices for them.
The site is informational. Its content is not a public invitation or a binding offer to enter into a contract.
3. Using the site
You are free to browse the site. The following is not permitted:
- automated collection of content that places an unusual load on the site or circumvents security measures;
- attempts to compromise the integrity, availability or security of the site;
- using the site’s content to create a misleading impression of an association with the company.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, structure, logo and other elements of the site are protected by copyright and belong to ДОМИНО 14 ЕООД unless expressly stated otherwise.
Short quotations are permitted with a clear attribution and a working link to the relevant page. Reproducing whole pages or the design requires prior written consent.
5. Information about prices
Prices published on the site are in euro and are indicative. They give a general sense of the scope of the services and do not constitute an offer.
The company is not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act. No VAT is charged on these prices and none is included in them.
The final scope, timeline and price for a specific property are set out in a written quote following the free audit. The price of an accepted quote is not changed unilaterally unless you ask for work outside the agreed scope.
6. The commission calculator
The calculator on this site is an informational tool. It produces an approximate figure from the numbers you enter and assumes 30 nights per month. The result excludes taxes and does not account for seasonal variation in rates.
The result is an estimate, not a guarantee or a forecast. The company accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of it.
7. The enquiry form
Sending an enquiry through the form does not create a contract and commits you to nothing. It is an invitation for us to get in touch.
Personal data you provide in the form is processed in accordance with the privacy notice.
8. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to external sites. The company does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to change, add or remove content and features without notice.
